Light flux carrying image is projected onto light-sensitive surface of multielement CCD of TV camera 1. During period of direct passage of frame scan the pattern of change packs is formed. When back passage of this scanning the pattern is shifted line by line into section of multielement device memory. This pattern is recorded into output register of multielement device and is taken for output element by element when new frame begins to appear.
