FIELD: TV engineering. SUBSTANCE: meter has photoelectron converter 1, videoamplifier 2, clock pulse generator 3, counter 4, reference signal former 5, decoder 6, T-flip-flop 7 and channels 8 and 9 for forming coordinates X and Y. Each channel is formed by local sweep signal former 10, digital integrator 11, AND gates 12 and 15, digital discriminator 13, record pulse former 14, counter 16, divider 17, registers 22, and 18, corrector 19, scaling unit 20, adder 21 and digital-to-analog converters 23 and 24. If cruciform local sweep of object image is available the videosignal is formed in the output of converter 1. This signal quantized by amplifier 2 and enters channels 8 and 9. Information is read out practically instantly of object's coordinates in channels 8 and 9, its operation practically doesn't depend on transmission gain of tracking circuit. Information is present in the output of adder 21 which has inputs to receive information of coordinate of sweep geometric center and of value of current mismatch of geometric center of the object and of sweep. EFFECT: improved precision of measurement of coordinates. 4 dwg
