Abstract SU 1658676 A1

FIELD: ferrite monocrystalline materials. SUBSTANCE: material has the composition that corresponds the formula {Ca3}[Fe2-y-znyNbz](Fe3-x-qVxGeq)O12, where x 1.40-1.45; y 0.15-0.20; z 0.04-0.05; q 0.02-0.10 and q/y + z 0.1-0.4. Monocrystals were prepared by growing method from the liquid-melt using lead oxide as a solvent. Material shows the following properties: degree of saturation magnetization 4πMs 200-500 Gs, field of magnetic crystallographic anisotropy HА 10-12.5 E at the broad value of ferromagnetic resonance ΔH 0.4-0.8 E. Devices of SHF made on the basis of proposed materials work at the temperature range from -60 to +100 C. EFFECT: increased thermal stability, decreased anisotropy field. 1 tbl
