FIELD: quantum electronics. SUBSTANCE: laser has active component and a three-mirror resonator consisting of fixed "blind" mirror and two movable plane mirrors. Internal plane mirror has a base with a clarifying coating facing active component, and an additional coating facing external mirror. The distance between the mirrors is adjusted by piezoelectric element and thermal heater within λ/4 to 5λ. Reflection factor of the external plane mirror r = R(1-R) 3. EFFECT: provision of adjustment of wavelength, radiating power and frequency without replacement of resonator mirrors at variation of laser operating condition. 3 dwg
