FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: for production of 1000 dhal of a flavoured sea-buckthorn wine one uses initial components of first and second drainage water-and-alcohol infusion prepared of a mixture of the following dry vegetal ingredients: 11.0-13.0 kg of yarrow, 5.0-7.0 kg of artemisia, 23.0-25.0 kg of saffron, 17.0-19.0 kg of cardamom, 23.0-25.0 kg of nutmeg, 11.0-13.0 kg of mint and 5.0-7.0 kg of cinnamon in an amount of 220-800 dm3, sugar syrup in an amount of 950-1000 dm3, dry sea-buckthorn wine material demetallised with "Termoxide 3A" ion-exchange sorbent in an amount of 8000-8190 dm3 and rectified ethyl alcohol till 15.0-18.0 vol. % proof - balance.
EFFECT: production of a wine with high organoleptic characteristics, high transparency degree, vegetal ingredients pleasant aroma and artemisia and sea-buckthorn wine material tones, a pungent taste and extended storage life.
