FIELD: measuring equipment. SUBSTANCE: photocurrent of photodetector 2 is determined as I=K·Sillum, where K - coefficient of photosensitivity, Sillum illuminance at preset current Ipreset; photosensitivity coefficient K is changed by the value of ΔK so that the present value of current would be equal to the preset one I=Ipreset. Then the current value of illuminance Sillum= Ipreset/K ± ΔK. Temperature is determined by its value and taking in account the spectral characteristics of photodetector 2 and radiation of the object. Coefficient K is changed by changing Ia i.e. time of charge accumulation. EFFECT: accuracy and sensitivity of measurement increased by determining the size and temperature in accordance with one signal parameter and by adjusting photosensitivity. 2 dwg
