FIELD: television and infra-red imaging. SUBSTANCE: TV device has light-to-signal converter 1 which is matrix photodetector 2 with shift registers 3,4, videoamplifier 5, low-pass filter 6, amplitude detector 7, fetch-store unit 8, comparator 9, signal converter being pulse-width modulator 10, synchronization unit 11, threshold level preset unit 13, flip-flop 14, the first measurement unit 15 consisting of AND gate 16 and counter 17, optical system 21. Delay interval corresponding to accumulation time and proportional to the object temperature is formed by flip-flop 14 on the output signal of modulator 10 and the unit 11 second output signal. The device also has comparator 12 and the second measurement unit 18 consisting of AND gate and counter 20.
