FIELD: measuring equipment. SUBSTANCE: measurements are carried out by optical triangulation taking in account sensitivity of photodiode rule and the time for accumulation of Tн charge. The code formed on rule is proportional to coefficient of reflection. EFFECT: wider functional capabilities attained by controlling coefficient of reflection and simpler design attained by eliminating control of the source of light and simplifying design. 5 dwg
