FIELD: radio electronics. SUBSTANCE: adjustable acoustoelectronic phase shifter has sound-conducting substrate 1 made of polydomain, single-crystal ferroelectric-ferroelastic, isomorphic gadolinium molibdate in the form of Z-cut plate having at least one strip domain 2 with two planar domain boundaries 3, and main input and output acoustic wave transducers 4 and 5, respectively, mounted on it in main acoustic channel on either side of strip domain 2. Control electrodes 6 and 7 are placed between transducers 4 and 5 and connected to terminals 8 and 9 of d.c. voltage source 10. Adjustable acoustoelectronic phase shifter is also provided with reference-signal generator, control signal shaping unit, and additional input and output acoustic-wave transducers forming two additional acoustic channel whose longitudinal center lines are parallel to each other.
