FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has sound conducting layer 1 which is made from single crystal with multiple domains. Crystal is Seignette-elastic and Seignette-electric isomorphic gadolinium molybdate which is made as Z-cut plate having at least one strip domain 2 and two domain edges 3. This plate also has input acoustic transducer 4 and output acoustic transducer 5, control electrodes 6 and 7 are placed between transducers 4 and 5. Control electrodes are connected to output terminals 8 and 9 of regulated direct voltage power supply 10. In addition device has reference sine-shaped signal oscillator 14, control signal generator 18, additional input acoustic transducer 11 and additional output acoustic transducer 12 which provide additional acoustic channel.
