SUBSTANCE: products: 2-derivatives of 1,1,1-trichloro-4-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-butane-4-one of the general formula CCl2-CH(X)-CH2-C(O)-C6H3-Cl2-2,4-CH(X)-X=OC(O)CH3, Tпл-C(O)-C12H9Cl5O3-2,4, where X - OC(O)X=Cl Tпл, m. p. is 79-80 C, gross-formula is C10H6Cl6O; X - Cl, m. p. is 92-93 C, gross-formula is C10H7Cl5O2. 1,1,1-Trichloro-2-hydroxy-4-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-butane-4-one, gross-formula is Tпл, yield is 61% , m. p. is 85-86 C. Reagent 1: 2,4-dichloroacetophenone. Reagent 2: chloral. Reaction conditions: boiling for 40 h in the presence of sodium acetate following by isolation of product and addition sodium chloride to it with concentrated sulfuric acid or acetyl chloride. Synthesized compounds show antimicrobial activity and can be used in medicine and as semiproducts for synthesis of 2-derivatives of 1,1,1-trichloro-4-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-butane-4-one.
