SUBSTANCE: method involves effectuating thermal deformation of dispersion-strengthened alloyed nickel powder containing γ ′-phase in excess of 70% under isostatic conditions at (0.85-0.9) of melting temperature Tmelt and pressure of 1.000-1.500 atm; conducting extrusion within the temperature range of (0.88-0.91) of melting temperature Tmelt; carrying out recrystallization annealing at temperatures making (0.9-0.98) of melting temperature Tmelt.
