Abstract SU 1792211 A1

FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: energy storage capacitor is connected to loads through respective forming spark gaps formed by pairs of fixed electrodes and movable closing electrodes mounted on rotating shaft made of nonlaminated insulating material. Closing electrodes are arranged so that they have double-ended output above side surface of shaft. EFFECT: reduced energy loss during formation of capacitor discharge across air gap. 2 dwg
