SUBSTANCE: device for granulating melt has a crucible with a perforated bottom, disk with through channels disposed in contact with the bottom, drive for rotating the disk, the through channels being located along a circle of the same diameter as the outlet openings of the bottom. The device furthermore has branch pipes for feeding the melt and compressed gas, refrigerator-granulator enclosed in a casing, channels for flowing out the melt facing the refrigerator-granulator and made to be tapered with a capillary portion at the outlet, the crucible cavity being in communication with the casing cavity of refrigerator-granulator.
