FIELD: systems for detection, transmission and analysis of images. SUBSTANCE: device has set of photosensitive elements, input circuits and output register. Photosensitive elements are connected through input circuits to corresponding bits of output register in parallel. Each input circuit has source, lower barrier electrode, lower gate, lower floating electrode, lower drain and field-effect transistor having positive charge coupling to source and matching unit comprising upper barrier electrode, upper gate, accumulating electrode, upper floating electrode, addition electrode, register gate having positive charge coupling to source. In addition device has gate and source of accumulating electrode having positive charge coupling. Upper and lower barrier electrodes are connected to one another. upper and lower floating electrodes are connected to one another, lower drain is connected to lower floating electrode and to source of field-effect transistor. All electrodes with exception of upper and lower floating electrodes are connected to output wires of same sign, photosensitive elements are connected to sources.
