FIELD: radio engineering, electronics. SUBSTANCE: photoelectric former of coded signals includes a number of photodiodes, coding section and section for reading with voltage-to-charge converters. Coding section is manufactured in the form of cells each containing master, base, coding and drain electrodes and drain. All electrodes have series charge coupling. Master electrodes belonging to one column of coding section are connected to photodiode of this column through source follower. Base, drain electrodes and drains of all cells are linked to output wires and coding electrodes are tied up together by drain wires. EFFECT: increased speed of response. 5 dwg
