FIELD: semiconductor electronics. SUBSTANCE: device has photoelectric transducer with photo diodes which is placed on semiconductor substrate, encoding units and reading unit. Sequence of source repeaters and sequence of reset transistors are introduced to accomplish the goal of invention. Each photo diode is connected to input of source repeater and to source of reset transistor. Gates and drains of reset transistors and sources and drains of source repeaters are connected to corresponding output wires. Encoding unit has several circuits. Each of them has insulated-gate capacitor which plate is connected to vertical wire and which another plate is connected to horizontal wire. According to encoding function some insulated-gate capacitors have shielding electrode between plates which is connected to semiconductor substrate. Horizontal wires are connected to outputs of source repeaters, vertical wires are connected to sources of additional reset transistors. Gates and drains of these transistors are connected to corresponding output wires. Reading unit has several input electrodes, reference electrodes, drain gates and additional drains, barrier, accumulating and gate electrodes, which are separated according to input electrodes which is connected to vertical wires.
