FIELD: analytical instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: process consists in installation of additional mirror outside of resonator of first laser which returns part of stronger wave back into resonator over working or comparison channel. Phase resonance in radiation of first laser within region of central frequency of transition of its amplifying or absorbing medium is generated with the help of this mirror. Generation frequency of first laser is stabilized by this phase resonance by means of automatic frequency control, radiations of first and second lasers are mixed and stabilized frequency of same transition as the first one and with instability level of frequency not worse than in the first laser. Their difference frequency is measured at moments of opening of working or reference channel. Concentration of analyzed substance is judged by value of difference frequency at these moments. EFFECT: improved authenticity of determination of concentration of substance. 1 dwg
