FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves executing wedge resection of an intervertebral disk and adjacent portions of the neighboring vertebrae, making close apposition of the resection surfaces, after the primary bony commissure having been formed, until the needed height of the intervertebral space and the spinal axis are restored by means of compression-distraction apparatus. EFFECT: controllable distribution of a defect over the vertebral bodies with their adhesion.
