SUBSTANCE: accelerator of electrons has cavity 1 of plasma close to anode, bearing grid 2 of output foil window and anode 3 perforated with coaxial holes, secondary emission cathode with straight dielectric structure for full working voltage. Accelerator cathode has two parts each set on own partition insulator. Cathode 8 with continuous metal surface is placed inside cathode 6 with working surface punched with holes coaxial to holes in anode 3 and bearing grid 2.
