FIELD: nondestructive testing. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to conductometric methods of testing of articles and may be used for determination of thermophysical characteristics of articles, for instance, in electronics. Sample is heated with the aid of pulse current with frequency modulation. Low-frequency component of change of amplitude is isolated from voltage picked off of examined sample. Phase difference between it and modulating signal is measured. Voltage by leading and trailing edges of each pulse and results of measurement determine thermal conductivity, heat capacity and temperature resistance factor. EFFECT: increased productivity of testing with simultaneous determination of several thermophysical characteristics. 1 dwg
