SUBSTANCE: laser radiation has plane-parallel strip transparent to analyzed radiation, intermediate elements, and cylindrical sensor with metallized base, all placed in tandem in mechanical contact; intermediate element is made in the form of hollow cylinder filled with liquid absorbing analyzed radiation; thickness of strip and heights of intermediate element hollow cylinder and sensor cylinder are chosen from equation , where C1, C2, C3 are sound velocity in strip, liquid and sensor speeds, respectively; τl is preset maximum laser pulse length; α is radiation absorption coefficient in liquid.
