FIELD: control of flying vehicles by means of aerodynamic surfaces.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device is provided with additional aerodynamic surfaces (pre-ailerons) which are kinematically linked with ailerons. These surfaces are mounted on leading edge of wing in areas served by ailerons and are made in form of deflecting tips of wing. These tips have areas equal to 0.3-0.5 of aileron area in wing span, as ailerons. Deflection of pre-ailerons together with ailerons and in definite dependence on them makes it possible to compensate for aerodynamic disturbances arising due to structural flexibility of flying vehicle wings.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of lateral control of flying vehicles at transonic and supersonic flying speeds.
