FIELD: laser engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has table connected with mirror's holder with rod, as well as horizontal and vertical displacement mechanisms and rotation mechanisms. Rod is made in form of similar parts, each of which has to be part of cylinder cut out along generating lines by two parallel parts. Mentioned cutting planes are disposed at the same side of cylinder's axis. Bigger planes connect similar parts of cylinder. Similar threads are made onto cylindrical surfaces of mentioned parts. Vertical displacement mechanism is made in form of bushing connected with horizontal displacement mechanism and of two nuts. There is groove in bushing which groove corresponds to profile of rod. Nuts are mounted at both sides of bushing and they are shifted to different sides in radial direction relatively axis of bushing. Nuts interact with mating thread part of rod mounted in groove of bushing.
EFFECT: better uniformity of cross-section of radiation beam; reduced loss of radiation.
