FIELD: optoelectronic devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the transmission of light to and from optoelectronic devices, more specifically to the optical connection of optical subsystems to optoelectronic devices. Claimed optoelectronic design contains: an optoelectronic device containing a light conductor for optical alignment/alignment light conductor located outside of the optoelectronic device working area, and an optical subsystem. In this case, the quotation light conductor contains an input quotation grating coupler and an output quotation grating coupler. Optical subsystem, optically aligned in relation to the optoelectronic device, contains: a base that contains a case with a first alignment reflective surface and a second alignment reflective surface, where the first quotation reflective surface is configured to be accessible to an external source of an alignment optical signal. The first alignment reflecting surface reflects the quotation optical signal to the input quotation grating coupler, and the output quotation grating coupler directs the same quotation optical signal to the second alignment reflecting surface, and the second alignment reflective surface is made with the ability to access an external alignment optical signal photodetector. The optical subsystem also contains an optical bench subunit, removably attached to the base, where the first alignment reflecting surface sets the first optical path, which directs the quotation optical signal from the optical radiation source to the input alignment grating coupler of the alignment light conductor on the optoelectronic device, and the second alignment reflecting surface sets the second optical path, reflecting to the photodetector the quotation signal directed from the output alignment grating coupler after the quotation signal has been transmitted from the input alignment grating coupler to the output alignment grating coupler through the quotation optical guide in order to determine position between base and optoelectronic device.

EFFECT: creation of tools for optical alignment, intended for optical alignment of the optical subsystem relative to the optoelectronic device without the need for optoelectronic device electrical connection.
