FIELD: active influence on atmospheric processes, in particular, fighting against hail and lighting.

SUBSTANCE: the method for influence on cloud processes consists in formation of plumes of active smoke or liquid refrigerant with the aid of jet projectiles in the kilometer cloud layer located at the level of the threshold of crystallization of reagent. The plumes of active smoke or liquid aerosol are formed by simultaneous launching of jet projectiles from local points positioned in the upper part of the kilometer cloud layer above the required zone, or by successive launching of jet projectiles to the side from the carrier moving in the upper part of the kilometer cloud layer along the line of sowing. Descending vertical lines of active smoke or liquid aerosol spaced at 300-500m from one another are formed from each plume. The device for influence on cloud processes has a bank of guide tubes with jet projectiles including the influence components, launching mechanism and a container linked with a parachute. A rod with a slide is positioned in the axis of the container, and the guide tubes with jet projectiles are positioned concentrically to its longitudinal axis. Each launching tube is hinge-joined with its breech end to the base of the container, and with its other end it is coupled to the slide with the aid of a hinge suspension.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of influence on cloud processes due to provision of one-time and volume sowing of the cloud layer by a reagent, reduced cost of labor expenditure at operative and efficient influence on cloud processes.
