FIELD: thermo-emitting method for transformation of thermal energy to electrical energy, possible use during loop reactor testing of electro-generating channels.
SUBSTANCE: method includes outputting electro-generating channel to thermal power, optimization of working body steam pressure, testing of electro-generating channel at constant thermal power of reactor, measuring generated electric power and dropped thermal power and estimation of resource of electro-generating channel. Tests are performed at level of thermal power ranging from 0,4 to 1,2 of nominal value in 3-5 stages, each one of which is at constant, but increased relatively to previous one by 10-40%, reactor power level, electric power of channel and thermal power dropped by each element are measured at the beginning and end of each stage, time τi of each stage is recorded and for each i-numbered stage, calculated by means of mathematical formula, value of energy production Eij is estimated.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of testing due to determining of limit energy production and selection of optimal operation modes.
