FIELD: UHF engineering, possible use for decreasing high level of power received at device input down to value, not exceeding the threshold value, and for passing low level signals with low losses.
SUBSTANCE: in the power limiter on p-i-n diodes first electrode of third limiting type is connected to common bus, while its second electrode is connected to first output of throttle, second output of which is connected to second end of transmission line length.
EFFECT: increased decoupling of signal between input and output of limiter due to improvement of contact of concentrated resistor by body of device and decreased loses introduced to low signal receipt mode due to decreased bridging effect of additional circuit, connected in parallel to main transmission line.
