SUBSTANCE: limiter has transmission-line section one of whose ends functions as limiter input and other end, as its output. Detector and switching diodes shorting out this line are interconnected for DC current through their unlike-polarity electrodes. Limiter incorporates isolating capacitor and choke coil affording DC circuit closure. Additional detector diode whose capacitance is 50-100 times higher than of detector and switching diodes is inserted in series into transmission-line section for microwave and DC currents; switching diode and additional detector diode are interconnected at common point through their unlike-polarity electrodes.
