SUBSTANCE: proposed method involves organization of coolant circulation in looper heat dump system, reactor bringing to working heat level, monitoring of reactor parameters in the course of operation including measurement of coolant pressure within heat dump system of power-generating channel, and emergency shutdown of reactor in case critical values of reactor parameters are recorded, and pressure fluctuations with amplitude higher than 10% of rated value are detected, reactor heat power recording, and intermediate verification of reactor heat power level below that recorded.
EFFECT: enhanced safety of tests upon occurrence of dryout in heat dump system of looper.
