FIELD: hydroacoustic engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises unit for sound emitting and receiver of acoustic signals. The receiver of acoustic signals is made of hydroacoustic aerial, spectrum analyzer, switch, multiplier, recorder, first permanent memory, and divider connected in series. The first permanent memory and divider are connected between the switch and multiplier, and second permanent memory is connected to the divider. The unit for shifting estimate is interposed between the spectrum analyzer and switch. Third permanent memory and divider are connected in series and interposed between the first permanent memory, switch, and divider. The adder and error analyzer are connected in parallel and interposed between the multiplier and recorder. The shifting unit can be made of spectrum analyzer, divider, and averaging unit connected in series. In addition, the error analyzer can be made of divider, squarer, and storage adder.

EFFECT: enhanced noise immunity.
