FIELD: the invention refers to the field of hydraulic acoustics and is designed for using in hydrophone stations with a flexible extended trailing antenna.

SUBSTANCE: the sound section of a hydrophone station with a flexible extended antenna has a second flexible extended trailing antenna, the second arrangement of preliminary processing of signals and the second arrangement of analogue-digital transformation and compacting of information, the second spectrum analyzer and a m-channel former of direction characteristics, two delay lines with n-diversions and two n-channel multiplier compensating space direction of coming of a sound wave in the stern sector. The distance between the antennas in horizontal plane is also determined.

EFFECT: provides identical direction finding in the stern sector.
