FIELD: physics; measurement.

SUBSTANCE: oscillating receiver incorporates a hollow piezoceramics sphere with outer conductive coating and mercury in the sphere cavity. Oscillating receiver is provided with metal sphere secured to metal rod in the centre of cavity at a distance from its surface. Mercury volume is less than cavity volume.

EFFECT: provides for measurement of vibratory acceleration vertical component only.
