SUBSTANCE: device includes two spaced-apart processing channel carriers, each comprising series-connected parametric and space-time signal selection units and a memory unit, a signal interchanging unit, as well as a signal comparator unit installed on a drive carrier, the output of which is connected to a threshold device, the first input is connected to the output of the interchanging unit and the second input is connected to the output of the memory unit, the output of the memory unit installed on a driven carrier is connected to the first input of the interchanging unit. The device also includes, on the drive carrier, series-connected antenna revolution period determination unit, gating unit and extrapolation unit, the output of which is connected to the second input of the memory unit, and the driven carrier also includes an additional antenna revolution period determination unit, the output of which is connected to the second input of the memory unit, inputs of the antenna revolution period determination units are connected to outputs of corresponding parametric signal selection units.

EFFECT: improved probabilistic characteristics of identifying targets.
