FIELD: aviation technology.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes the receipt of information about radio-emitting targets from the radio reconnaissance system (RRS) and the broadband passive homing head (BBPHH) to the object route tracking unit (ORTU) and the information processing unit BBPHH, in which the received information is converted into a standard measurement bearing, according to to which further selection is made and the measurement is linked to one or another hypothetical route of the tracked object. In this case, when interacting via communication channels with other aircraft, information about the radio-emitting targets (RET) comes from at least one interacting aircraft (AC) to the information processing unit about the RET of the aircraft group (IPU). The ORTU unit provides the IPU unit with information on the accompanied RETs, and information about the RETs from at least one interacting aircraft via the tethered satellite system enters the IPU, where identification is carried out while preserving the binding of each RET to the board - the source of information about the RETs and determining the estimated range to the ground RETs using the triangulation method. The results obtained are issued to the ORTU unit, ground control points and interacting aircraft in order to ensure reconnaissance or the use of aviation weapons.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy and speed of estimating the location of radio-emitting targets with a given guaranteed accuracy, as well as reducing the time for generating this estimate.
