FIELD: radio location.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for processing information obtained by radio location and can be used in circular-view radio location stations (radars) for selecting false aerial objects (VO) simulating the radio location characteristics of real air objects, i.e. secondary emission simulators (IVI). In the method, tracking and detection radars on a ground-based radio location unit and circular-view radars are used together with a passive receiving module installed on a mobile carrier. This eliminates the need to know the potential direction of flight of the real aerial objects in the method for selecting secondary emission simulators of aerial objects. The decision on the presence or absence of IVIs is based on the results of comparing the coordinates of all detected aerial objects from two spatial points of location of the ground-based radio location unit and the mobile radio location unit.
EFFECT: possibility of selecting multiple real VOs against the background of IVIs simulating the radio location characteristics of real VOs.
