FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: proposed transducer comprises sealed case with cover to house interconnected measuring unit with sensor and electronic unit. Said sensor is composed of a flat plate of mechanically controlled tube with one end connected with moving electrodes and opposite end shaped to sine and arranged inside sealed hollow resonator and connected with resonator bottoms of composed by membranes. The latter are arranged at cowl inner surface and filled with thick inert fluid. Cavity of every resonator is communicated with ambient medium via capillaries made in the cowl case in the plane parallel with those of membranes and sensor.
EFFECT: measurements of minor changes in transfer pulses.
