FIELD: blasting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of an explosive in flake form. Installation consists of volumetric doser, product crystalliser, rotary grinding drum with two concentrically arranged cylindrical screens, central conveying screw and two rotary rolls located in inside screen. Product crystalliser is equipped with a continuously rotating tilted trays, attached to vibrator, which through a gear and a toothed rack are engaged with a tracing device providing tilting of trays above conveying screw.
EFFECT: higher quality of production of flakes and safer process.
