FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave engineering, particularly to the millimeter wavelength range equipment, and can be used for absorbing H01 wave of a circular waveguide. Core: the waveguide load consists of circular waveguide (1) with flange (2), dielectric hollow cone (3) and water jacket with inlet (4) and outlet (5) nozzles. Dielectric hollow cone (3) is tightly connected with the inner wall of waveguide (1). Water jacket is made of cylindrical (6) and conical (7) pipes. Cylindrical pipe (6) is arranged coaxially outside circular waveguide (1) and is tightly closed at one end by flat cover (8), and at the other end - by conical cover (9). Conical cover (9) is connected tightly with conical pipe (7) located outside equidistantly to hollow dielectric cone (3). On circular waveguide (1) in the area of conical cover (9) there is circular slot (10). Edges of circular slot (10) are inclined along the conical surface with the apex to flange (2). Closest to flange (2) edge of circular slot (10) is connected with circular cylindrical water intake (11) covering with a gap the opposite edge of circular slot (10). In cylindrical pipe (6) there are perpendicular to the axis of circular waveguide (1) with gaps between themselves three flat annular diaphragms (12-14) with holes. Herewith inlet nozzle (4) is installed on cylindrical pipe (6) between flat cover (8) and the first flat annular diaphragm (12). Outlet nozzle (5) is arranged in the area of conical tube (7) apex.

EFFECT: technical result is increased level of absorbed power.
