FIELD: Doppler shift compensation equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has unit which measures and averages inter-period noise phase shift. Its first and second inputs are connected to output of digital-to-analog converters of corresponding channels. Its first and second outputs are connected to first and second number registers. In addition device has serial circuit of divider and function generator. Inputs of divider are connected to output of averaging adder of each channel. Corresponding outputs of function generator serve as first and second outputs of unit which measures and averages inter-period noise phase shift. Device also discloses design of unit which measures and averages inter-period noise phase shift. EFFECT: increased efficiency of signal detection in background noise of unknown Doppler frequency. 3 cl
