SUBSTANCE: electrolyzer with anode bottom lead-in for production of magnesium has lines bath in shell, cast-iron anode contact heads mounted in bottom and cooled by heat carrier passing through headers. Novelty consists in that contact heads are installed so that intercommunicating hollows are formed between head lower faces and shell bottom, and they are communicated with headers for heat carrier successively and in parallel, and heat carrier headers are located on the side of walls and under the bottom of electrolyzer shell.
