FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: esophagus bougie is made of capron woven warp in the form of a stocking by modelling its end sections by silk ligatures, fusing one of the ends to a conical form with a high density, filling the stocking with dry sterile rice, antibiotics and castor oil, and with filler swelling inhibitor, and forming functional bulges from silk ligatures. EFFECT: higher flexibility and lower traumatism of esophagus bougie during prolonged bougienage which preserves the lumen of esophagus.
