SUBSTANCE: device comprises esophageal bougie made of polyamide threads gathered into a bunch which is fused at the ends, forming a cone at one end and a polymeric bulge at the other for fastening silk ligatures provided for moving the bougie. EFFECT: higher flexibility of surface, lower traumatism and better characteristics of esophageal bougie required for speedier restoration of lumen in the esophagus in the course of prolonged bougienage.
