FIELD: leather-making industry. SUBSTANCE: unhaired hides are delimed using mixture of mono- and dicarbamidophosphates in the amount of 1.0-3.0 % based on total pelt weight to be treated. Thereafter, the delimed pelts are softened, treated with mono-dicarbamidophopsphate mixture taken in the amount of 1-3 % from the total weight of pelts followed by chromic tanning of the hides.
