FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: panel has a frame with longitudinal and cross ribs and movable members coupled with the frame through jacks. Non-working side of the frame is provided with, at least, two additional ribs. Side surface of the ribs are provided with sleeves altitude of which does not exceed an altitude of additional ribs. The sleeves are secured to the ribs in pairs and by layers. The movable members are made of metal and reinforced plastic, and cross- section of the member is a rectangular pipe with closed faces. The members are secured to the frame to form a deck and are in contact with each other and with outer ribs of the frame. Side of the member which is in contact with the additional ribs is provided with an opening. The jacks are made of a pair of bolts received in the sleeves and spring-loaded relatively the jacks. The end of the bolt, which is set in the sleeve without a thread, is received in the opening of the movable member. Cross-section of the ribs of the frame is a rectangular pipe.
