FIELD: manufacture of film from high-temperature superconductors. SUBSTANCE: method involves introduction of metal oxides base high- temperature superconductor, ceramic powder into liquid medium, molding of film blank by means of shaper, film blank heating followed by its cooling. Liquid medium is melted semiconductor with melting temperature lower than critical temperature of high-temperature superconductor ceramic; film blank is formed between two substrates placed in magnetic field of flux density B higher than or equal to 1 T, its vector being directed along substrate surface; heating temperature is higher than semiconductor melting point and lower than critical temperature of ceramic; heating procedure lasts until 2: 1 - 6: 1 ratio between semiconductor and high-temperature superconductor ceramic is obtained.
