FIELD: cryoelectronics. SUBSTANCE: method includes pressing of initial ceramic powder and caking, after which refractory powder mixed with alloying additive is rubbed in working surface of substrate, melting temperature of said rubbing mixture being superior to firing-on temperature of coating. During firing-on operation, pores do not change chemical composition of high-temperature-superconduction phase and alloying additives favorably influence formation of this phase. Method can be utilized when manufacturing film elements exhibiting high-temperature-superconduction.
