FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: engine has case provided with tree-top space, face covers, oval rotor with inlet and outlet passages, which lead to cylindrical surface of one semi-oval, and with gas distributing ports provided on its faces and made of cylindrical bores with hollows coupled with corresponding passages of the rotor. One face cover is provided with inlet manifold and the other with outlet manifold. Both manifolds are positioned for communication with corresponding passages of the rotor and passages within the face covers which lead to the case periphery. The engine also has gas and oil seals, output shaft and mechanism for synchronizing rotation of the output shaft and rotor including synchronizing gear pair positioned from one face of the rotor. The rotor has lateral split to define two parts, cylindrical space and is provided with two slot hubs pressed into faces of the parts. The mechanism is provided with additional gear pair positioned from the side of the rotor and opposite to the synchronizing pair. The first additional gear is rigidly set on one hub of the rotor and has outer engagement. The second gear is set on output shaft and has inner engagement. The second pair has a synchronizing gear. The output shaft is cylindrical and provided with two eccentrics which is freely mounted on the shaft, rigidly connected to counterweight received in the rotor space, and kinematically connected to hubs of the rotor. Outlet and inlet passages provided in rotor are slotted, and manifolds are made of ring grooves. The gas distributing ports provided on the rotor are interposed between oil seals. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
