FIELD: sintering. SUBSTANCE: highly dispersed tungsten powders with particles of 0.05-0.5 micron are used as an initial material. After adding nickel the mixture is compacted by hydrostatic pressure of 0.2-1.0 GPa and preliminary sintered in vacuum at temperature of 1300-1500 C. Method allows to produce large high-density tungsten articles with residual porosity no less than 2.0% . EFFECT: improved density. 1 tbl
