The device also has two pairs of stops, the first pair of which is with stops mounted through the belt width in a spaced relation to each other, and engages with one surface of the belt. The stops of the second pair are positioned opposite to the stops of the first pair for engagement with the opposite side of the belt. An endless closed rope is fastened to the belt.
